Day 1: Medieval ruins and Coastal Charm
Morning: Ewloe Castle - the castle history almost forgot

It takes just 1 hour to reach from the centre of Manchester so you won't be on the road for too long before your first stop. Legend has it that it was built by Llewlyn The Great, one of the most famous Welsh Princes.
