This is experiential travel at its best: small groups (max 7), local legends, and plenty of fresh mountain air. We don't just show you the sights; we lead you into the heart of the landscape.

Your Hidden Wales Itinerary

Pistyll Rhaeadr: The Wonder of Wales
Start the day at one of the UK’s highest waterfalls, standing at a staggering 240ft. We’ll take an invigorating hike to the summit for epic, panoramic views across the Berwyn Mountains.

Ewloe Castle: The Hidden Stronghold
Dissapear into the Wepre Forest. This isn't your typical roadside monument. Ewloe Castle is a true "hidden gem", a native Welsh castle built by the Welsh princes to defy the crown. It’s atmospheric, overgrown, and remarkably peaceful.

Rhug Estate: Award winning organic lunch
Visit this world-renowned organic farm for a high-quality, sustainable lunch. While you explore the farm shop and café, we’ll take a quick "green energy" break to top up the electric van.

Corwen: The last Prince of Wales
Dive into the legend of Owain Glyndŵr in his home town of Corwen. Discover the history of the 14th-century Welsh rebellion and visit the museum dedicated to this national hero.

Flint Castle: English Crown
For a sharp contrast, we head to Flint Castle. Built by Edward I as the first link in his "Iron Ring," this massive fortress tells a very different story. Standing on the shore of the Dee Estuary, we’ll discuss the clash of kings and the architectural power play between the Welsh rulers and the English crown.
Transport
No diesel fumes here. We travel in a comfortable, 7-seater 100% electric vehicle.
Note: To keep us moving, we’ll take a quick "top-up" charge during the day, the perfect time for a leg stretch or a quick coffee.
