Many visitors never discover Wast Water, England's deepest lake - and even fewer ever see it from the water itself. Here, you'll take to a kayak for a guided paddle across its dramatically quiet surface, surrounded by towering fells and some of the best mountain reflections in the Lake District.
Hardknott Pass
Prepare for one of Britain's most unforgettable drives. Twisting through the mountains with hairpin bends and incredible views, Hardknott Pass is considered one of the UK's most spectacular roads, and passes the remains of a 2,000-year-old Roman fort along the way.
The Langdales - hiking
The Langdale Valley is often regarded by walkers as the very heart of the Lake District. Here we'll leave the vehicle behind for a guided walk of approximately 5km through one of England's most breathtaking mountain landscapes.
